Steps to Duplicate a Patient Chart

1. Navigate to the Patient Section:

   • Begin by logging into the Heno system.
   • From the main dashboard, locate and click on the "Patient" menu option.

2. Access the Patient Chart:

   • Within the "Patient" section, find the patient whose chart you wish to duplicate.
   • Click on the "Edit Pencail" next to the patient’s name to open their chart.

3. Duplicate the Chart:

   • Click "Chart" on the menu.
   • Click on the "Duplicate" icon.

    

4. Confirm Duplication:

   • A box will appear, asking you to confirm the duplication of the patient chart.

5. Modify the Duplicated Chart (Optional):

   • Once the duplication process is complete, the system will create a new chart identical to the original.
   • You can now modify the duplicated chart as needed, ensuring that any updates or changes are made without affecting the original chart.
