These templates provide flexibility in their usage, allowing for their addition at the beginning of documentation or through the actions menu after the note has been created. Placed conveniently between the Objective and Assessment fields, Classic Templates ensure easy access and efficient recording of ROM measurements during patient encounters. This article elucidates the process of adding and utilizing Classic Templates for comprehensive ROM measurement documentation.

Adding Classic Templates:

1. Beginning of Documentation:

   • When initiating documentation, providers have the option to add Classic Templates by selecting one of the available templates.
   • Choose the relevant template that corresponds to the ROM measurements needed for the patient.

2. Through Actions Menu:

   • Alternatively, Classic Templates can be added through the actions menu once the note has been created.
   • Navigate to the actions menu and select the option to add Templates.
