Overview: HENO Blueprints empower providers to efficiently generate new documents, such as Initial Evaluations, by leveraging custom and classic templates, preset text, and experiences.

Steps for Starting an Initial Evaluation with a Blueprint:

1. Access the Start Page:

   • Begin by navigating to the Start page within HENO.

2. Select "Create From" Option:

   • Within the Start page, locate the "Create From" option.
   • Choose "Blueprint" from the available options.

3. Choose Blueprint Document:

   • After selecting "Blueprint," a dropdown menu will appear listing preset documents created using Blueprints.
   • Review the available options and choose the desired blueprint document for the Initial Evaluation.

4. Initiate Document Creation:

   • Once you've selected the blueprint document, proceed by clicking on the "Create Note" button.
