Description

Overview: Goal Automation in HENO is a powerful tool designed to assist clinicians in entering patient goals more efficiently. By automating the creation of both short-term and long-term goals based on specific criteria such as range of motion, clinicians can save time and ensure consistency in goal setting across their patient population.

How to Use Goal Automation:

  1. Add Classic Template: Upon opening the evaluation, pick one of the classic templates by clicking the checkbox for the template you want.

  1. Enter ROM & Strength Measurements:

    • Enter ROM & Strength measurements in the classic template which should look like the image below.

  1. Scroll to the Short Term Goals Section, and Click Generate Goal:

    • Once the ROM & strength measurements are entered, click on the "Generate Goal" button to initiate the automation process.

  1. Select the Goals You Would Like to Add:

    • After you click generate goals, HENO has automatically created your goals for you, and will present the screen contained in the image below.  The red sqare below contains the goals HENO has created.
    • The blue square contains a mapping choice where you can click, and pick which goal box you want the Goal text to map into.  Note- if you see a goal HENO has not mapped (evidenced by the fact there's no LTG or STG in the cell, and you want to map it, just click that box and select one of the options (LTGs or STGs).
    • LTG means Long Term Goals, and STG means short term goals.

Click Save to push your goals into the Long & Short Term Goal Boxes

  • After you've selected your preferred mapping, click the save button, and HENO will automatically add your goals to their respective boxes at which point you can edit and change any of the raw text as you see fit
