Cancel Bulk Patient Appointments in HENO

Overview
Heno now offers a feature that allows you to bulk delete a patient's appointments directly from their profile. This feature provides options for various cancellation reasons and allows for multiple appointments to be deleted at once.

Steps to Bulk Delete Appointments

**Please note that you will need to have your Admin grant you the privilege of "Admin: Bulk Canx Appts"  in order to use the Bulk delete feature in HENO.**

Navigate to the Patient Profile:
   - Go to Patients in Heno.
   - Enter the patient’s key whose appointments need to be deleted. Click on the "Appts" tab

2. Access Bulk Delete:
   - At the top left side of the  "Appts" tab, click the arrow that says Bulk Delete.

3. Select Deletion Options:
   On the left-hand side, you will see the following options for bulk changes:
   - 24 Hour Notice Given
   - $0.00 - Cancel WAIVED
   - $0.00 - No Show WAIVED
   - $(Cancel Fee) - Cancel
   - $(Cancel Fee) - No Show
   - Schedule Error - Remove Appt

4. Select Multiple Appointments:
   - Use the checkboxes next to each appointment to select multiple appointments for deletion (if applicable).

5. Confirm the Bulk Deletion:
   - A confirmation message will appear to verify the changes. Once confirmed, the selected appointments will be deleted according to the chosen cancellation options.

Please keep in mind that Once you click on the Patient's chart-> Appointments and you check off whih appointments you would like you would like to cancel, click on "Bulk Cancel" at the top. Once you select the Cancel Type, there is a "Delete Slot" toggle Slot that you can turn on if you are wanting to have the Slots deleted after canceling the appointments. If this toggle is on, it will delete the slot. When it is off, it will remove the patient but leave the empty slot
