The available reports include Device Supply, Patient Onboarding, and Patient Treatment, each offering specific insights into the patient's engagement and activity.

Steps to Run a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Report:

  1. Navigate to the RTM Tab:

    • Open the RTM platform and locate the RTM tab in the main navigation bar.
  2. Select the "Report" Option from the Dropdown:

    • Once on the RTM page, click on the dropdown menu and select "Report".
  3. Choose a Patient:

    • In the next dropdown list, select the patient whose report you want to generate.
  4. Select a Report Type:

    • You will have three report options to choose from:
      • Device Supply: Displays the patient’s activity on the patient portal, providing an overview of device usage and other portal interactions.
      • Patient Onboarding: This report shows the total minutes logged for the patient's onboarding, with details recorded in the patient's note.
      • Patient Treatment: Provides comprehensive details on the patient's treatment, including a summary of activities, adherence, and therapeutic progress.
  5. Generate the Report:

    •  After selecting the patient and report type, click on "Generate" to produce the report. You will then see a detailed overview of the selected report for the chosen patient.
