Daily RTM Reminder Email to Patient for Exercise Sign-Off
Publish Date: 9/18/2024
Description
Overview
The Daily RTM Reminder feature allows you to send a daily email or text reminder to patients who haven't logged their exercises. Around noon (based on the location’s timezone), if the patient has not signed off on their exercises and meets the necessary conditions, a reminder is automatically generated. This feature helps ensure that patients are staying on track with their prescribed exercises.
How the Daily RTM Reminder Works
For a patient to receive a daily reminder, the following conditions must be met:
1. Toggle Activated for RTM: The reminder toggle must be switched on for the patient.
2. Patient Has a Home Exercise Program (HEP): The patient must be assigned an active HEP.
3. Patient Activated in RTM: The patient needs to be set up as part of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).
Steps to Activate the RTM Reminder Toggle
1. Navigate to Patient Details:
- Go to Patients in Heno.
- Find the patient and enter their profile.
2. Enable the RTM Toggle
- Within the patient’s profile, navigate to the Patient Details tab.
- Select RTM and switch on the RTM Reminder Toggle.
3. Ensure HEP is Assigned:
- Confirm that the patient has an assigned Home Exercise Program (HEP) as part of their therapy.
4. Activate the Patient in RTM:
- Ensure that the patient is properly set up and activated within RTM.
Once these steps are completed, the system will send a daily email or text reminder around noon if the patient has not logged any exercises for that day. This helps keep the patient engaged and accountable for their therapy program.
